Sometimes reviews are a quick let me get this over with type thing, but in this case it’s different. Leann Wilson does not operate that way so I won’t either. Leann does not just do the job and do it quite effectively, she really dots all the i’s and crosses all the t’s. Her attention to detail is unsurpassed. I have sold many homes in my life and I think this experience was the best and least worrisome that I have experienced. Following my divorce, she was tasked with selling our home with not a lot of information to go on, as we had only owned the home a few months when it was listed. LeAnn helped me with things far outside her responsibility as a realtor and truly served as a blessing to my family. She sold the house and got us a full-priced cash offer! I was able to walk away from the property debt-free because of her consistent diligence with the finance company.
